Student and Parent Information

This scholarship will be awarded to a student who plans to attend an accredited four-year college or university, two-year community college, or trade school.

The student will be considered for this scholarship based upon the following:

• Community service
• Future plans and career goals
• Extracurricular participation in school
• Financial need
• Letters of support (principal, teachers, clergy, employer, etc.)

Scholarship will be paid under the following terms:

• One $500 scholarship
• The student must enroll in the first regular semester of College/Trade School following their graduation from high school in the spring.
• The recipient must be a full-time student

Please satisfy the following application requirements:

1. Describe your involvement and/or commitment to your community. Please limit your response to less than 500 words.

2. State you future plans and career goals.

3. List any extracurricular activities in which you have participated at school.

4. Briefly express youR financial need and/or use of the scholarship funds if selected.

5. Attach a minimum of two letters of recommendation from mentors. You may attach more if you like. 

6. Attach an Official High School Transcript.
