Below are listed the requirements for applying for the Herbert B. Albert Memorial Scholarship of $150.

1. Students with B and C averages will be considered.

2. You may attend a college, university, beauty school, nursing, vocational tech, business college, mechanical, etc.

3. We would like to know about your family

4. Enclose a transcript of your credits and grades along with an attendance record.

5. Enclose letters of recommendation from each of the following:

A.     At least one teacher.

B.     Another person other than your family or relative.

6. Fill out completely the enclosed application sheet.

7. This scholarship will be paid at the beginning of the second quarter or second semester of school.
